OZBRANDS Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Giveaway hosted by OZBRANDS. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

Entrants must be current residents of Australia with a postal address for the prize to be sent and aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and agents of the participating brands and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry is void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Method

Entrants must submit a valid and active email address via ozbrands-competitions-online-giveaways-australia.com to participate in the Giveaway.
Each individual is permitted to enter only once. Duplicate entries will be identified and be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway will run for a period of time as stated in our homepage. All entries must be submitted by the end date specified to be eligible.

4. Selection and Notification of Winner

The winner will be selected a few days after the specified date at random using a random picker tool from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified at any stage during the week of selection via the email address provided during entry.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification email being sent, a new winner will be selected at random.

5. Prizes

The prizes are provided by participating brands and will be posted to winners within Australia.
Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
The organizer is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss of prizes during shipping.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

By entering the Giveaway, entrants consent to their email address being shared with the participating brands that are providing prizes.
No email addresses will be shared with third parties outside the participating brands.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. General Conditions

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
The organizer’s decision regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding.

8. Limitation of Liability

The organizer and participating brands will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance of prizes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
